Putting a stop to further problems and helping you create lifelong habits to prevent discomfort and injuries.
Born in South Africa, Johannesburg and moved to England at the age of 16 with Family! I am a mother to a 9 year old boy named Deon! A huge fan of reading Motivational books and a good Netflix drama! I am very passionate on helping people and love my job! Very lucky to have found what I love as a job.
I have a degree in Sports Coaching and Physical Education BSc and I have always looked into new ways on how to improve my skills to help others.

I am now working towards level 5 Sports Massage Therapy and thinking of my next move in a Masters.
I am Head of Medical at Peterborough Rugby Union Football Club. Here I manage pitch side for the Mens XV, Ladies XV as well as a First Aider for the age grade rugby on Sundays.
I run a clinic during the week and Saturday mornings around the rugby
. At the clinic I manage injuries, improve aches and pain for a wide range of individuals, ranging from Athletes to people who work long hours at a desk.
Proudly a Member for Sports Therapy Association. The STA make sure they have set a high standard in the industry for us to follow to help create a gold standard for Clients in our clinics.

I will be forever grateful to Nadine as her efforts enabled me to to complete the London Marathon for the first time in over 20 years (at the age of 58). She enabled me to rehabilitate from a significant hip and quad injury and then monthly visits allowed me to train to the required level meaning I was able to get to the start line. I even kept to her stretching and strengthening regime (almost!). Always professional, well informed and knowledgeable. I am continuing to keep to monthly visits and i am convinced it is prolonging my running career.

As humans, we tend to take the easiest and comfortable path such as if it's more comfortable to slouch at work over a desk, slowly our backs will take effect and create stress within your muscles or if we feel an ache in a part of our bodies we adjust and create another pattern of movement to prevent feeling that ache but in reality, we are just causing more problems and using other muscles to support that movement. My job is to correct the mistakes and create good habits, so you don’t put your body through any of those adjustments that are not beneficial at all. Maintaining treatment is essential as we put our bodies through so much stress throughout our daily activities. Look after your body as it’s the only one you have, and it looks after you non stop.
